You are a dedicated Transportation Electrification professional, with medium- and heavy-duty truck/ industrial vehicle infrastructure experience.
You are an adaptive, results-driven leader, able to coordinate a cross-functional team of customer service, engineering, procurement, and additional team members, in bringing new transportation electrification technologies and programs to market.

You wear many hats. You are part customer engagement champion, program planning/ design leader, and an effective field construction/ infrastructure project liaison.

Transportation Electrification Account Management Advisor
In support of the overall Transportation Electrification (TE) Program Management Organization (PMO), within the Customer Service Business Customer Division (BCD), Distributed Energy Resource (DER) Delivery team, the Transportation Electrification Account Management Advisor role will be needed to manage the customer engagement, program planning/design, and field construction/maintenance support functions necessary for the deployment of current and future Electrical Vehicle (EV) and DER programs. This position will ensure the successful deployment of the programs.

This will be a highly visible role, managing all phases of project planning and execution for Electric Transportation initiatives.
Program Leadership : Drive the BCD Roles and Responsibilities of TE Programs such as Charge Ready, upcoming Priority Review Pilots/Programs, and pending Standard Review Programs.
Project Management :
Project manage key pieces of the program(s), including : program processes/designs, customer outreach & education materials; customer engagement and enrollment; training development and rollout; program implementation; support pipeline management of site design and deployment; ongoing tracking and reporting of program day-to-day operations; and process improvements.
Lead cross-functional teams, including employees in Customer Service (Business Customer Division and Customer Programs & Services), Transmission & Distribution, Procurement, and other operating units supporting the activities of programs as needed, and have the ability to effectively interface and collaborate with stakeholders to help drive solutions.
Process Improvement: Support Account Management, Distributed Energy Resource (DER) Specialists, and the DER Center of Excellence (COE) in efforts to detect and refine process improvement opportunities to ensure seamless and easy customer experience and a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Customer Experience: Manage the overall customer experience framework for the programs, as well as interact with large SCE business customers interested in participating in the program.
Presentations/ Metrics: Support the development of reports on program status and any other related submissions to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) regarding the Charge Ready and other TE programs.
Business Partner: Regularly engage with senior management on program status. The structure will include reporting on program milestones, determining strategies to respond to changing conditions, and elevating issues for resolution.
What You Need to Get the Job Done (Minimum Qualifications)
You have Bachelor’s degree or higher.
You have 7 or more years of experience, leading or working on cross-functional teams.
You have 2 or more years of experience working in one or more of the following fields:
Electric Vehicles (light- or passenger vehicles)
Electric Vehicles (medium- or heavy-duty trucks or industrial vehicles)
Facility/Site Infrastructure Design and Construction

You have an MBA or MPA.
You have a Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
You have a Project Management Certification.
Experience with logistics and/or route planning for fleets utilizing medium- to heavy-duty vehicles
Experience developing and implementing projects that have a medium to large impact on the organization, and developing forums to capture stakeholder requirements and feedback.
You have experience managing and implementing strategic projects, including identifying, maintaining, and/or adjusting the cost, scope, and resources, and overseeing the formal planning, tracking, and reporting of projects.
Experience interfacing and collaborating with peers, management and other departments to develop solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
